Ordered my Concept2 rower on Saturday night. There was some issue with the payment process with my bank so I sent a message. First thing Monday before I even got the chance to call them, Caroline called me and sorted everything out. Told me that the machine would be sent on Tuesday and it would arrive before the end of the week. Actually it arrived at my house in Dublin at 10.30am on Tuesday. I have never had such an awesome experience with any other company. Super nice people, unbelievable customer service. I will be back for sure!
Bought a Schwinn 800IC exercise bike from Stone Gym. Niall was very helpful on the phone, going through all options with me. The online purchase was easy and I received the bike via courier in Dublin within 3 days in perfect conditions. I can recommend Stone Gym Solutions!
Edit 1 year later: Unfortunately the Schwinn had an issue that could not be fixed. Stone Gym was very responsive on the phone and send me various parts to fix the bike. When it turned out that the bike cannot be fixed, they exchanged the bike Free of Charge against a much higher quality bike. I re-emphasise that I can highly recommend Stone Gym
