The Athletic Cardio Combo

Full-body conditioning built for high-intensity training.

The Athletic Cardio Combo pairs two of the most effective conditioning machines on the market into one high-performance package. Featuring the Professional Cross Bike 1000BE and the Professional Rower 1000RM, this bundle is engineered to deliver low-impact, high-intensity workouts that push your cardiovascular limits.

Whether you are outfitting a commercial facility, setting up a serious home gym, or training for functional fitness events, this dual setup provides the ultimate engine-building experience.

What is Included?

1. Professional Cross Bike 1000BE

Built for durability and high-intensity intervals, this air-resistance cross bike uses a fan-blade damper system (settings 1–10) to control airflow to the flywheel — similar in principle to a Concept2 rower. Select your damper setting to adjust the feel of the resistance, then let your effort do the rest. The harder you push, the more the air resistance responds. The rust-free aluminium frame ensures long-term reliability, while the belt drive system and heavy 22 kg flywheel deliver a smooth, demanding ride. A clear console tracks your training data in real time.

Max User Weight: 150 kg | Dimensions: 120 cm (L) × 61 cm (W) × 100 cm (H)

2. Professional Rower 1000RM

A heavy-duty commercial rower featuring a dual Magnetic (1–8 levels) and Air (1–10 levels) resistance system for fully customisable training intensity. Built on a Q235 steel frame with a smooth aluminium and stainless steel rail, it offers an incredibly stable and ergonomic rowing experience. The smart console features 11 preset workout programs and connects directly to Zwift, Kinomap, and FitHome via a simple QR code login.

Max User Weight: 150 kg | Dimensions: 240.5 cm (L) × 62.5 cm (W) × 114.5 cm (H)

Why Choose The Athletic Cardio Combo?

•Total Body Conditioning: The cross bike forces your upper and lower body to work simultaneously, while the rower targets your posterior chain and core. Together, they leave no muscle group untouched.

•Adaptive & Customisable: The air resistance on the bike scales infinitely with your effort, while the rower’s dual air/magnetic system allows you to dial in the exact resistance level you need for long steady-state pieces or brutal sprints.

•Smart Connectivity: The rower’s built-in app integration (Zwift, Kinomap) keeps your training engaging and allows you to track your progress over time.

•Commercial Durability: Both machines are built to handle a 150 kg maximum user weight and feature heavy-duty frames designed to withstand daily, high-intensity use.
