The Toorx Hip Thruster can help you strengthen your glutes and hamstrings. Both the gluteus maximus and gluteus medius — as well as the hamstrings. Your quads, core, and hip adductors will be working, too. Hip thrusts build strength and size in your glutes in a way many other exercises cannot.
