Warranty, Returns and Refunds

Warranty

 

Equipment sold for domestic and commercial use, is warranted for use in a standard, habitable building environment. Stone Gym Solutions reserves the right to cancel warranties if equipment is used in a non-standard environment, this may include external buildings such as non-heated or non- insulated Sheds and Garages, and areas close to a swimming pool, where the ambient temperature varies significantly from a standard environment. It is the responsibility of the customer to check whether the product they are buying is suitable for their environment, whether that is home use, light commercial or full commercial. Warranty is only valid if the equipment is regularly maintained by a Stone Gym Solutions fitness equipment service engineer. We recommend a minimum quarterly service on all equipment. A minimum of two recorded service visits per year are required for the commercial warranty to be valid.

Stone Strength Commercial Equipment 

  • 5-year Frame warranty
  • 1- year warranty for commercial equipment includes broken cables, pad failure, and accessories. This does not cover misuse, damage, wear and tear, or if the machine has been loaded beyond the machine rating.

Refunds

 

14 Day Return Guarantee 

 All of our products are original and new, and come with a guarantee directly from our trusted suppliers. Your complete satisfaction is our promise, so if you are not completely satisfied, we will do our best to find a solution or we will refund your money back. 

 In all the situations that are described in the following policy, eligibility for a refund is dependent on the product being returned in the exact same condition as when purchased, and in its original packaging. 

 All items returned will be inspected in full at Stone Gym Solutions in order to ensure it has not been used and is in good condition. 

 

Cases and Conditions of Return & Refund 

1. Collection of Faulty Products 

If an item is found faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have it collected free of charge. The item MUST be returned in its original packaging, and then be packed in secure appropriate packaging for delivery. 

 Your invoice is your proof of purchase and must be sent back to us together with the faulty item. 

 Please note that the item must be available for collection within 24 hours of you letting us know it is faulty.

 The item will be inspected by Stone Gym Solutions once received. If necessary, we will send out a new item. 

 If any item received when purchasing is found to be missing on inspection, you will have to pay for it in full.

If the product is NOT found faulty on inspection, we may send it back to you and carriage costs will be payable by you.

Please note that you may be asked to contact the manufacturer/supplier directly for faulty products, to give you the best service possible. In this case, your invoice is your proof of purchase.

 

2. I don’t like the item or I ordered the wrong size or colour

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you can return it. You can return it by sending it through ordinary mail, or you can call or email us to arrange collection. In this case, the carriage cost will be payable by the customer. The carriage cost depends on the product and on its weight. These costs are outlined asf follows:

  • For items of up to 5 kg: €15.
  • For products of between 5 and 30 kg: €30.
  • For products of between 30 and 50 kg: €50.
  • For products of more than 50 kg, the transport costs will be calculated on weight and dimensions of the product.

Remember to protect the package so it is not damaged during transport and enclose a copy of the invoice.

Once the item is received by Stone Gym Solutions, we will inspect it to make sure it has not been used and is in good condition. If any item received when purchasing is found to be missing on inspection, you must pay for it in full.

Please note that we will not accept goods returned in non-original or damaged packaging.

 

3. I have received an incorrect item

In case you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, we will arrange to have it collected free of charge. The item MUST be returned in its original packaging, and then be packed in secure appropriate packaging. Please note that the item must be available for collection within 24 hours of your letting us know it is incorrect.

Once the item is received by Stone Gym Solutions, we will inspect it to make sure it has not been used and is in good condition. If any item received when purchasing is found to be missing on inspection, you must pay for it in full.

Your invoice is your proof of purchase of the correct item, and has to be sent back to us together with the item.

In order to return your goods, please contact our customer service department by sending an e-mail to info@stonegymsolutions.ie so that we can start the collection procedure.

We will send out the correct product immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Carriage costs will be fully covered by Stone Gym Solutions.

Please note that we will not accept goods returned in non-original or damaged packaging.

 

4. Gifts 

 Any gifts received when purchasing the returned product MUST also be returned, or paid for in full.

 

5. Short deliveries and damage to packaging received 

 When the transport company delivers your order, it is very important to check it.

Please cross check your order. COUNT the pieces you receive and look for any DAMAGE to the packaging. If the number of boxes you receive is different from the number of pieces on the carrier’s delivery note, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY.

If the packaging is damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY, or NOTE DAMAGE TO PACKAGING on the delivery note next to your signature.

Signing the delivery note means that you accept the order; your signature is an acceptance that you have received all the pieces and that the packaging was in good condition.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems upon delivery.
